Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?
No , is included on the price, however only housekeeping service is provide for stays of 4 night or more and is provided every other day at no extra cost to you. If you need daily service there is a fee of U$ 20.00/COP $ 80,000 per night, you need to let us know 24 hours in advance .
What is your cancellation policy?
15 days in advance 100% Refund
14 to 8 days 50% penalty.
7 days before 100% penalty- NO REFUND DUE.
No additional cancelation fee apply
Is this home safe for babies and children?
Even Though the chalet is safe, we do not allow childrens, due to the proximity to the canyon, however if is a baby that is not walking or crawling yet, we may consider accepting the reservation.
